Traditional Thai Massage & Therapies
East meets West Thai
Thai bodywork often includes Hot Herbal Compress, and Foot Reflexology to balance the body, reduce chronic pain and increase flexibility. Traditional Thai Massage is performed on a floor mat with the recipient wearing loose clothing.

Swedish
Swedish massage is the most well-known style of massage therapy designed to help relax the body and mind. It’s a body massage with lotion or oil applied to specific tissues while a person lies comfortably on a warm massage table. The massage therapist works with different muscle groups as indicated during the therapeutic interview process. Research indicates that a Swedish massage also helps circulation, relieves mental stress, and reduces muscle pain and tension.

Stress Relief AromaTouch
The perfect solution for when your head and feet need TLC. Your session begins with relaxing foot reflexology to rebalance your Qi-energy, relieve tension, and stimulate the corresponding organs and tissue. Followed by Aromatherapy for the back, head/neck, and shoulders to increase lymphatic drainage, improve circulation and reduce tension. We only use Certified Pure Test Grade aromatherapy from doTERRA and you can customize your scent experience.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a very specialized manual therapy for pain management that includes manipulation of muscles, tendons and connective tissue to bring balance to the central nervous sistem. Clients experience a reduction and elimination of chronic pain, and increased flexibility.

“In a chaotic world, essential oils are a sanctuary for the senses.”
Aromatherapy
How does it work?
Aromatherapy has been used for thousands of years. Hippocrates, father of modern medicine, advocated the use of aromatherapy due to his experience that aromatic baths and scented massage were key to good health. Aromatherapy today combined with massage has emerged as a clinical and holistic therapy for the support of insomnia, pain reduction, stress reduction, dementia, athletic performance & we-being.
Scent works by reaching the part of the brain where our instincts, memories, and emotions, pleasure and pain are stored. Aromatherapy allows for you to access deeper states of relaxation
Due to essential oil’s ability to influence the nervous system, essential oils have been shown in animal and human studies to exhibit anxiety-relieving, stress-relieving, and sedative effects.

Pregnancy Massage
Nurturing Care for Mother and Baby
At Adirondack Therapeutics, our Prenatal Massage provides gentle, restorative support for both mother and baby. This specialized therapy helps ease common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, leg cramps, swelling, and fatigue, while promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.
Research shows that prenatal massage can help reduce stress, anxiety, and muscle tension, while supporting better sleep, improved circulation, and overall maternal wellness. Many mothers also experience smoother labors with less pain and a reduced need for medication.
Using specially designed pregnancy pillows, we ensure complete comfort and safety throughout your session. Every treatment is tailored with care — helping you feel grounded, connected, and supported through every stage of pregnancy.

Cupping
Cupping therapy allows for gentle suction drawing the skin up into the cup separating the layers of skin, muscle and fascia. This releases adhered tissue and chronic scar tissue that can cause pain the tension.
